Old faithfuls....

Just like the old nag tied up out the front of the bar in old western movies, we too have our old faithful products that just keep on going, and going, and going. Classics like the light boxes, which we have been selling in the shop for a number of years. Now we are also stocking them in copper, as well as the original powdercoated finish. There are a number of different designs available and each one is hand made in Melbourne. We are certainly not biased but think they are absolutely stunning day or night. Even Winnie, our resident bitch thinks they're pretty damn fine...

Yoga Mums

We couldnt resist sneaking into the Yoga Garden (above the Garden Life shop) earlier this week to take some pics of the mothers and gorgeous babies....Teachers Carinne, Layla and Analise run pre and post natal  yoga classes as well as all sorts of other goodness.  Check out their website for the class timetable.... http://www.theyogagardensydney.com.au/

Paola Lenti Launch at Dedece

Yes, it was about a month ago, and yes, we are a bit late on posting BUT we are still trying to get a handle on this blogging business. These things take time, you know....

Anyway, in early August we were invited by Dedece to help convert the first floor of their atelier to a chic, leafy and lush greenhouse for the launch of fab Italian designer Paola Lenti's new outdoor furniture collection. The space was used for a collection of long, lazy lunches, coctail parties and afternoon teas over the course of a week, all to celebrate the launch.

The furniture is amazing -  bright colours, nanna style crocheting detail and great proportions.  We all got a good chance to give it the Garden Life comfortability test, and had a ball doing so.......Check out our pics.
